Situated about 20 miles east of Flint, Lapeer offers residents a small-town feel in a scenic environment. Lapeer is home to a close-knit community that comes together for a range of events such as the twice-weekly farmers market, summer concert series, and the Lapeer Days Festival, which is Michigan's largest free festival. There are two pets per apartment, a $30 pet rent per pet, and a $350 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Dogs must be 80 lbs or under; we do have some breed restrictions.
