Solar system, artificial turf, and pavers have been added by current owner. Most or the landscaping are succulent gardens which need very little water from the drip system. Monthly water usage is always below budget according to the water district. We also upgraded the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and all appliances. Also replaced the central a/c and furnace with a new, high efficiency unit. Our solar system generates more power than we use so the electric company pays us hundreds of dollars every year making our power cost minimal.
