The property is close and convenient to Hwy. 20 so Excellent for getting to Grass Valley (less than 10 minutes) or Beale Air Force base (25 min.). Six month minimum Contract. Appartment is rented unfurnished. Unit can be furnished for an additional $150. Unfurnished minimum rental contract is 6 months. Furnished can be negotiated, but we prefer a longer contract. Utilities included, with the exception of the Electricity charge. $40.00 per month minimum and renter pays for any additional over that desired allotment. No Pets. No Smoking.
