**THIS IS A RENTAL FOR 1 BEDROOM IN A 2 BED HOUSE** Cozy 2 bedroom house located minutes from center Conway and all the conveniences that come with it. It's also very close to many skiing resorts and hiking trails. There's a big patio and a good sized back yard, including a brook in the back that is great on hot days. I recently added a small vegetable garden as well! Fully furnished bedroom and house, down to all the kitchen appliances, but you're more than welcome to bring some of your own furniture. I'm fairly flexible with lease terms, but ideally looking for a 6 month lease beginning September 1. I will be occupying the second bedroom. I travel often and you will have the house to yourself frequently. I also have a dog and cat who will be the other tenants likely for only part of the lease duration. I enjoy skiing and being outdoors, I'm clean and respectful of shared spaces and very easygoing. Please reach out with any questions! First months rent due at signing.
