Looking for someone to take over my lease starting May 1, 2019 through the end of January 5th 2019. Flexible on the date, just not before May 1st. The apartment is a studio and I was able to fit a loveseat, ottoman, queen size bed, dresser and a few shelves in there. The breakfast bar is great and the washer and dryer in the bathroom is very convenient. It's on the top floor with access to 2 roof decks with views of the city and Rainier on a clear day. There's lounge furniture and grills up there as well. The building is very secure and can only be entered using a key fob. The studio has a huge window and a small balcony. The apartment is about a 30 min walk to Capital Hill and a close walk to downtown. The bus stops about a block and a half away and you can be downtown in 10 minutes on the 7. Also close to gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shops, yoga studios and art galleries. Quick Uber to Columbia City and Beacon Hill. Garage parking is available (take the elevator straight down to your spot - super convenient for groceries) for $125 a month.
