Our home is a log cabin in the woods With a ponds one in front & in the back yard the one in the back yard is on ur property 5-6 pecan huge trees ah huge shop only a few feet from the front door , it has its own breaker box one door and three garage doors. It is very huge concrete floor. The house stays very cool in the summer and very warm in the winter. It has hardwood floors in the foyer as you first walk in original and it has hardwood floors in the sunroom/bedroom. it’s very quiet at night in morning an in the afternoon , we have well water an it taste as it came from a spring , as it does It’s well water an yes it’s been tested ,an no issue with running out unlimited ,an the pond is spring feed as well, its ur own private air BMB Great for animals we had chickens mini pigs rabbits we only had a raccoon issues one time plenty of deer, birds ,and fish. It is on a private drive so no traffic. What more could you ask for if you want country setting? And most of you would ask well why are you moving my job ( oil field) our grandchildren ,we are going full-time RV it’s a dream we’ve always had and it’s time to fulfill it and let someone else enjoy the Log cabin in the woods. Great for fishing and plenty of hunting reserves in every direction , you’re only about seven minutes from Dairy Queen, the star Mart, and the Dollar General and then you’re about 25 minutes from Walmart
