The shared laundry room is outside the apartment, down the hall, in the utility room, and is provided at no additional charge. The living space and kitchen are both in the same space, hence "studio.". The kitchenette has an Indian Slate floor, dishwasher, built in microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The rest of the living space is carpeted. (Pets have never lived here). It is small so only intended for one person. Bingham Park is one street over. The separate entrance to the apartment is on the driveway side of the house. Renters, historically have stayed, on average, 2.5 yrs. Back story: I currently live alone, in the house above the apartment (with totally my chilled and highly trained Silver Lab). My fiance' will be moving in around June.
