    What's special

Great apartment available for 6 months/lease transfer. I am moving out of town due to job and looking for some one to take over lease till Feb 2018. $2285 per month, lower level unit. Very specious and quiet on golf course street. Close to UCI, Wholesome Choice and great school district. Only one apartment available in this community. I must say great deal. Because summer time has higher rent while you are getting Jan/Feb rate (when moving is usually slow). I will have the apartment cleaned professionally and you can take over my deposit of $500. New lease requires deposit of $700. Any questions call me at 9 fo 9 - fo uno two - fo one sevn 9 Some original pics. Here are some additional pics: https www.zupdu.com/listing/5/ Don't go for description on Zupdu. Listing was there for testing :) I am renting my place due to move to San Francisco for new job and business opportunity. Apart from it about the apartment and Irvine. Irvine is very safe and organized city, in high demand for families. Getting busy for past one year and increasing in traffic and rent. So try to be closer to your work and school. Still not as bad as other part of Los Angeles/SoCal. 80% of the rental properties in Irvine is owned by Irvine Company. You will find all sort of properties. They have from low end to high end. Rancho San Joaquin is on higher end with family friendly, right by the golf course on quiet and peaceful street yet close to walking distance to grocery store and 2 miles from UCI and in great school district. My personal recommendation that not to go with Parkwest or Parkwood. I lived in both of them. Good communities, but just not for families. You will find good rent and deals for those two communities but parking and noise will be an issue. Also stay away from Villa Sienna and Toscana Apartments for the same reason. Not sure what else to say. ask me anything in particular and will answer them. But regardless you will love living in Irvine. Here is my review on yelp about Parkwood apartment so you know that I am experienced resident of Irvine/So Cal and I also own other rental properties around so cal :) And one more thing, the apartment I am living in right now is downstairs one, so you get more private patio space to keep your patio furniture, cycles and other stuff. Usually all the apartments in Irvine has bigger patio space on ground level unit and less on upstairs unit. So there is rent difference as well. Upstairs are usually $50 cheaper.
