We love this property but have multiple pets and have moved to a single-family home. We require a qualified tenant with good credit, reference, and work to begin tenancy on October 1st. We will need a security deposit, first-month rent, and lease agreement of 1 year. It is negotiable for a lease of less than 1 year. The building is pet friendly for one pet up to 20 lbs. Please ensure your pet is well behaved. We own, love, and welcome pets! The ideal tenant will have good credit, references, work history, respectful, clean, non-smoker.
