My husband and I just finished our basement and walkout. We are asking $2100 a month, which includes all utilities, even internet. Everything is brand new! All new LG appliances. Electric fireplace. Private entrance. All windows have blinds. 1 car can park on the driveway and other cars can park on the street. There are a few touch ups that will be taken care of before you move in. It will be ready for move in by May 1st. We can discuss pets. You will not have access to our backyard, just the side yard where the basement entrance is. We are very easy going landlords. We both work and have 2 small dogs. My husband is a pilot and I work at a pet store. We love to travel and hike. All utilities are paid by landlord, including internet. We would like a 6 month lease or longer. Pets can be discussed.
