About Me: I am a 48 year old, single, straight, white male with 2 indoor black cats. We are looking for a compatible roommate to share our home and expenses with. I work from home so I'm usually always available should you need anything. I keep the property very clean and tidy inside and out. I'm very respectful, responsible and easy to get along with. I do have a 15 year old son that stays with me about every other weekend. Other than that, I would be your only roommate.
About You: Male or female roommates are welcome. Must be very clean, tidy, respectful, and responsible just like me. No additional pets are allowed and you must be a non-cigarette smoker. Vaping is ok but must exhale into a filter if done inside. Must maintain a full-time, on-site job with enough income to pay monthly rent on time. Your family, friends, and even stay-over guests are more than welcome to visit. As long as you use common sense and good judgement, we will get along just fine.
Inspections: A quick, landlord quarterly inspection of the bedroom is required for monitoring cleanliness, property damage and/or safety hazards.
