Main road is snowplowed regularly. The gravel road is snowplowed often. All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is ideal. Tire chains (not cables) will work if need be. Open House is tentatively scheduled for 12/10/2022 at 12-4pm. This date may be pushed back a week or two. There are no online applications. Rental applications must be picked up during the open house. Must be employed at current job for a minimum of 1.5 years. Address will be given out by phone the day before the open house.
