We are less than 10 minutes from Summit Healthcare (hospital) so it's perfect for traveling healthcare professionals. We also 1 hour from Sunrise Ski Resort. We have turkeys, javelina, raccoons, hummingbirds, Stellar Jays and an occasional bear. There is ample parking and utilities are included. First months rent due at move in, month to month or 13 week traveling healthcare provider contract. $250 deposit to take casita off the market which will be applied to first months rent at move in.
