As you can see in the pictures there is a covered patio with a porch swing to enjoy those afternoon monsoon rains. Down the stairs there is a hot tub. We are less than 10 minutes from Summit Healthcare (hospital) so it's perfect for traveling healthcare professionals. We also 1 hour from Sunrise Ski Resort. We have turkeys, javelina, raccoons, hummingbirds, Stellar Jays and an occasional bear. There is ample parking and utilities are included. First months rent due at move in, month to month or 13 week traveling healthcare provider contract. $250 deposit to take casita off the market which will be applied to first months rent at move in. Small dog OK but must be kenneled when tenant not home. $250 damage deposit for dog. No smoking.
