Has is in great condition we moved it from Byron ga to Adel ga 2 years ago we don't own the land it's in a trailer park lot rent is usually around 350 the owners of the lot if keeping it here will need a background check and a few other things if moving nothing should be needed but I will call to make sure serious inquiries only we do live here until we close on the house it has a split unit for heating and air works great bought and got it installed right before we came down here the fridge,stove,and washer and dryer are included !
