It is conveniently located just a mile from Hwy 70 West/Airport Rd., which makes it minutes from Restaurants, Shopping, Grocery, Medical, Dental, Dry Cleaning, etc... but is has the feel of being further out. It has one of the BEST views Hot Springs has to offer, literally. The vista view of Mt. Riante & Lake Hamilton are gorgeous. The Neighborhood offers sidewalks, Curb & Gutter Streets, Streetlights & a Park (the park is not quite finished yet, but when it is ~ it will be a great asset for the homeowners)... and by the way, the homeowners are the best! Many walk/run every afternoon ~ with their kids, their dogs, their spouses. It is a great place to live for sure!! Come out & see for yourself!
