Property is within walking distance of the hospital and to shops and restaurants in Port Jervis's newly enlivened downtown, as well as the Metro North station for trains to Middletown and NYC. To qualify, renters will need to have documented income of at least 3x the rent amount. If your income is lower, you will need a guarantor or co-signer having sufficient income to meet this requirement. Qualified renters will be asked to complete an application requesting current employer contacts and prior landlord contacts. Additionally, applicants will be asked to complete an online authorization and pay for a tenant credit and background check for each leaseholder ($40 per leaseholder).
