In the event that permission is obtained to reside a pet, a monthly surcharge, in the amount of $35.00 per pet will be due and payable along with the usual monthly rental charge. We allow a maximum of two pets per unit. The monthly fee of 35.00 is merely a cost to have one (1) pet reside in the rental unit. This fee does not in any way cover damages done to the rental unit or to the grounds around the rental unit by the pet. Furthermore, the monthly fee is to be paid-in-full each month, even if the pet is not intended to be resided at the rental premises for the full monthly period. Tenants will also be charged a NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF 200.00 This is a year's lease.
