Our classic bungalow in the heart of Cooper Young has a huge friendly front porch (& porch swing), a spacious screen in porch AND deck in the back, and no doubt the best neighbors ever. Our home is a 5 minute walk to many of Memphis' best: restaurants, bars, shops, and the CY Farmers Market. We are about 1 mile from the Kroc Center -- an INCREDIBLE gym/rec center. Easy access to main roads makes us ~8 min from downtown. In addition to a modern kitchen and great living spaces this home is full of charm. It's got the classic high ceilings, crown molding, french doors, breakfast nook and butler's pantry, etc. It also is pragmatic with a solid mud room, shed, and large shaded yard (due to fantastic mature trees providing shade utilities are below average). This home was our first and we cherished it for the past 7 years so it's full of fun details and has been given plenty of TLC! Plus, unlike a rental company, we pay for professional lawn care and pest control to keep the home lovely for you and the neighborhood :) We'd love to show you around.
