The living room is furnished with a new comfortable 2 person loveseat with matching single person guest chairs on the opposite side with a huge bay window between them granting a spectacular view of the yard with its bird and squirrel activity. There is also a lazy boy recliner directed torward the entertainment center with satellite t.v. The house has 3 dressers and 31 drawers for storage of clothing and personal items. The guest bedroom has a brand new 7th generation 7700k Intel computer with Nvidia Gtx 680 graphics capability with printer, copier and fax machine. I am a professional pc builder and computer technician so call me if there are pc issues that need to be resolved and I will provide tech support. The bathroom has a stand up shower and inlet sink and mirror. There is a towel rack and pantry for bed linens, sheets and pillow cases. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, night stand and 2 double sliding door closets with a single person chair seated by a gas fireplace for study, reading the newspaper and drinking coffee. The house comes equipped with a toddler lazy boy and a box of child play toys that your kid may enjoy as well. The yard is 18 acres on 32 acres of land surrounded by 1000 acres of family owned land so this is a great place to raise your young boy or girls that love the rural country life free from city huddle and bustle. It's not the boondox though mind you as all the city has to offer is only 2 miles away and we are located right by the golf course for you golf lovers. Hunting here is spectacular and loaded with game such as ducks, geese, deer, rabbit, quail, squirrel, coon and turkey. My grandfather was a trophy coon hunter and prizes the area for its hunting. Dry lake, a huge low lying man made lake, for duck hunting is right down the road from the house. We also fed the deer and ducks all our life and raised alfalfa that the rabbits love! There is a huge stocked fishing pond 100 yards behind the house with a picnic table you and your family will enjoy especially if you like fishing. We have another stocked pond neighboring the house where we used to feed catfish that grew upwards of 50lbs. This is obviously a great place for your dogs and cats to enjoy as well. There's no snake problem at all here either. I haven't seen a snake here in 15 years. Marys Chapel Baptist Church is 4 houses down from here as well as Bennies Buffalo Farm which also raises lemors if I spelled it correctly. They are a type of monkey that your kids would really love to see. Bennie allows people to view them at leisure. In short this is a great place to live if you love rural country living without a bunch of noise pollution. I have included some photos of the community and the surrounding land as it is a beautiful land and community. The price includes annual hunting rights as well. Tenant pays for utilites, I the owner will pay for repairs such as plumbing, heating and air, window replacement and other issues that may arise.
