Aloha! I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath and a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment now available. Both are newly remodeled. Inside, all the windows are jalousie type. The living room is a decent size. The bedrooms are approximately 10x10 and 10x15 with generous 2'x5' and 2'x6' closets, respectively. There are two sets of windows in the smaller bedroom and 3 sets in the larger room. The bathroom is standard sized with a shower, sink, toilet, mirror medicine cabinet combo, hooks, and a nice private window providing a cross breeze. Laundry machine is outside of unit and free to use. The unit is approx.700sqft We prefer tenants interested in an annual lease, however, I may consider shorter leases on a case by case basis. Annual lease is $2300/month for single occupancy. We prefer to have great long-term tenants like us in order to minimize all involved with turnover. Shorter periods are acceptable for an additional cost as follows: 7~12mo +100/mo. 6~9mo +200/mo. *Early termination of annual lease will revert lease to reflect these prices.
