    I will be graduating in December and am looking for someone to take over our lease starting December 2017 or January 2018, in time for the start of the Spring semester. The apartment will be available in the middle of December, but will be willing to pay the whole month's rent. It is pet-friendly (up to 35 lbs, with an exception for documented service animals), and extremely close to campus. I also have a couch, table, bed, desk, and dresser available for interested parties. The leasing company is friendly and helpful, and water, trash, pest control, and yard maintenance are all provided by the leasing company. Typical gas/electric bill runs around $30/mo total. It has plenty of closet space and a balcony off the bedroom.
