It has a full sized kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. It has hardwood floors in the living room, hallway and two bedrooms; vinyl in the kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and window air conditioners. The living room has a whole house window air conditioner. There is a storage shed in the backyard. There is ample street parking and parking for two in the driveway. You pay all utilities and the rent is $900 per month for three people. We do require rental history (the dorms do count) and $900 deposit. We take care of the yard work and provide trash service.
