Lease description

• This is a week-to-week lease. This makes it easier for all parties involved and provides more flexibility. The weekly rate of $175 is due every Friday. Basic utility costs are included in the weekly rate (providing there is no severe increase in utility usage/costs). There is no smoking on property, including vaping (that includes the rented room), outside of the following permissions: Any form of smoking will be outdoors, disposed of in a proper single fire-proof receptacle, at a predetermined location that will not move. No pets are preferred. Renter responsibilities include property maintaining rented room space (clean, no trash, no damage, etc) as well as cleaning up after oneself in shared spaces. Assisting in upkeep and cleaning of shared spaces is also required.
