Remodeled in 2016. Has a new roof as of last year. Brand new carpet in all rooms. New flooring and vinyl in the kitchen and the bathroom. New fire place doors when we moved in. Has a spacious closed in front porch. I stained the cabinets in the kitchen to add a new fresh look to them, which really made them stand out because they looked really old. We've done a lot of work to this house, compared to what it was before when we bought it. New ceiling fans also! Has a 30x50 garage, and a 15x20 shop. The 30x50 also has an awning on the side of it with lots of space. The scenery out here is to die for. Their is several deer's and turkeys in this location, and can see them right out the back door in your yard. You sit high enough on the hill where you can look down in other fields and land and see other animals also! The view is AMAZING! You will not be DISAPPOINTED! :)
