Our wonderful 3bd/2ba home was completely renovated throughout the entire house in 2017 with modern appliances and new hardwood floors. This home is situated inside I-526, 10 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes away from the Airport. There is only a 2 minute walk from the West Ashley Greenway. We have 4 off-street parking spots in the driveway. The home has a great open concept when you walk in the front door and an office/common area on the side. There is also a laundry/mud room with plenty of storage right next to the driveway(old garage). Renter is responsible for water, gas/electric, and all WIFI expenses. Renter will also pay for basic yard maintenance services and will also be responsible for getting the grass cut at minimum every 2 weeks from March through October. No smoking allowed.
