The apartment is in a prime location near downtown Concord, only a 15-minute walk to the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station. There are lots of good places to eat and do groceries nearby. It is a cozy corner apartment in a condo with an in-unit washer/dryer. Features include two assigned parking spaces (one gated garage, one uncovered carport), a spacious living room with natural light, a functional kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, and a bright dining area with extra cabinetry and balcony access.
