The apartment is in a prime location near downtown Concord, only a 15-minute walk to the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station. There are lots of good places to eat and do groceries nearby. It is a cozy corner apartment in a condo with an in-unit washer/dryer. Features include two assigned parking spaces (one gated garage, one uncovered carport), a spacious living room with natural light, a functional kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, and a bright dining area with extra cabinetry and balcony access. Additional highlights: balcony with storage, in-unit laundry, two bedrooms with safety-enhanced windows, laminated floors, central A/C, and heating. The apartment is conveniently located close to Expressway 242 and Interstate 680, so commuting to any place by car is also fast. The rent includes water, garbage disposal, and HOA fees; the tenant pays PG&E and internet.
