This is a 6 bedroom 4 bath fully furnished home. Master bedroom with private bathroom available May 1st 2024. Housekeeping included approximately every 2 weeks to keep everything tidy. Guest Access Front door is code accessed and each bedroom has your set individual code access for security. Other Details to Note There is a limit of 1 person per room. The house has a brand new Heater and AC system. We get you started with a few coffee pods, laundry pods and toilet paper. This is a long term place, so after that it is expected that you get the things you need for the rest of your stay. Neighborhood Description Central location. Walking distance to Oliver's Market and a shopping complex. A 5min drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 8 min drive to Sebastopol, 30min drive to the beach. Getting Around The city bus stop is across the street or a couple min walk down the street depending on which direction you're going. Both are very close. Oliver's market and shopping complex is a 9 min walk. Uber and Lyft are available. Most people use their own car. There are a couple spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking. We've never had a problem parking. Month to month leases available Deposit $500 Rent includes everything, no extra bills.
