This is a 3 story town home that is only 4 1/2 miles from I-81. The garage and washer/dryer area are in the basement. The second level has a 20x13 kitchen. There is an island that separates the kitchen from the dining area. This is a nice bright, sunshine area. Off of that is the 15 x 13 living room with 3 windows that face the front of the house so you can have a full view if you choose. You can go to the front yard/mailbox from this room right out your front door. The third floor has the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. I use 2 as bedrooms and one as a computer room. The hallway also has a nice closet in it. The house is pretty much done with all new paint and neutral colors so you can do whatever you want with it! I know you may not be familiar with Radiant heat. It is electric and runs through the ceiling. I have lived here for almost 6 years and have not had any problems with it at all! I keep the house about 68-70 in the winter and the bill averages $120-$130 per month. I run at least 2 air conditioners in the summer and I don't see that bill usually go over $80 a month. The sewer is always $33 per month and the water runs me anywhere from $22-$33 per month. I was very surprised and pleased at how reasonable the costs were for owning this home. There are also 4 churches close by if you are looking for a place to worship. This home is close enough to town but not too close. That is why I like where this is located.
