Centrally located in Harlem, GA, tenants are within walking distance of the elementary school, restaurants, shopping, and more. This complex is less than 10 miles from Fort Eisenhower's (formally Fort Gordon) Gate 6, only about 7 miles to the Amazon fulfillment center in Appling, GA, and less than 1/2 mile from North Harlem Elementary School. RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: RENT for this unit is only $1,075.00 per month, which includes: trash, landscaping, and routine pest control. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (Water/Sewer, Power- all electric). ALL applicants are required to have a credit score of 610 or higher. If approved, the SECURITY DEPOSIT is generally $1,075.00, but may increase to a total of $2,150.00. The SECURITY DEPOSIT is due within 48 hours of approval of application(s). Applications generally take 24-72 hours depending on how much data is supplied when the application is initially submitted, how long it takes to verify income and employment, and how long it takes the applicant(s) to provide any other required information. The LEASE must be signed within 48 hours of approved applications as well. Approval is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, total monthly income, and criminal background. Additional move-in fees are $120, which is due, if approved, at the same time as the first month's rent. Only applications through Better Homes and Gardens will be acceptable forms of application. This home can only be held for a lease start date that is up to 2 weeks from the date that the application is approved (if applicable) by our office IF the security deposit is paid and a lease is signed within 48 hours of approval.
