A $120.00 admin fee is due with first month's rent and fees. Renter's insurance & Liability to Landlord insurance are REQUIRED. Tenants can provide these insurances through any approved insurance company. If tenants do not provide these prior to the lease start date, a monthly fee of $15 will be charged, per tenant, for Liability to Landlord insurance (LLI). This LLI does not cover the tenant's personal belongings, but covers the owner's property in the event of major accidental damage caused by the tenant.
