Two cabins, lovingly (if not expertly) restored. Definitely for the family who loves to rough it a bit and let the kids grow up close to nature. Several storage sheds on property, including two locations for wood, one small tool shed, and one large shed for everything else. Easy options for water drilling and solar. I've had several requests lately asking whether I'm firm on the price. While I bought it from someone who really needed to offload it during the financial crisis, even 1-2 decades ago, this property was bought for $90K. I've also done a lot of repairs to the place. Honestly, I'm in no hurry to sell. My plan is simply to enjoy the place and keep improving it until such a time that someone makes me an offer I can't refuse. While I'm open for selling, I mostly use Zillow to motivate myself into continually improving the place. Current goals: 1. Do various uphold repairs. Some new lists needed in main cabin ceiling. Finish downstairs floor in guest cabin. 2. Add solar panels. 3. Add Verizon extender. 4. Install water tank and hook up to cabin (tank is already there). 5. Build a shower (this is ambitious for me). 6. Sell camper that sits on property for scrap metal. 7. Mow property. So much stuff that makes me happy here.
