Our WiFi is extremely strong throughout the home...just perfect for remote work. Each bedroom has its own bath. Two of them feature recently remodeled en-suite baths, huge flat screen TV's and mini kitchens. The home is a wonderful for 'staying in' with your family during the snowy VT winter days. You have a gourmet kitchen, a dual-sided gas fireplace, and large screen TV's at your fingertips. Monthly rental fee includes all utilities, snow removal and trash removal. Lease term is from 1 Jan 2021 - 11 April 2021. Home can be available before New Year's upon request. House is completely furnished. You'll enjoy access to all areas of the house except the owners quarters. You are required to have the home professionally cleaned by our housekeeper every two weeks. That is roughly an additional $400/mo that you can choose to pay the housekeeper direct, or I can pay on your behalf. No pets of any kind permitted. You may not sublet.
