There is a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a half bathroom with a toilet and vanity. The floor has its own kitchen. The bedroom has enough room for a desk and a twin size bed, or just a queen. There is a closet and in house laundry, as well as storage in the basement. There is a parking space available. There is a small dog. 2 Floor house with a large yard. At signing time, you will be expected to join a year-long lease starting July 1st. The floor total is 2800; heat, electricity and internet included. The room is $850 of the total.
