Public transportation is right at your doorstep, with several bus lines just outside and all three Green Line trains less than a ten-minute walk away. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including property information. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival.
