This is right between Eugene and Springfield so travel times around town are always short Utilities are on renters and are split. There are two driveway spots and lots of street parking. There is a garage that can be used for parking but is currently storage. That can be discussed. Utilities typically come out to about $150-$200 a month before it's split. I do have one dog currently. He is a 6 year old golden retriever. He can get along with just about anyone and any house pet.
