Sleeping Arrangements: - Bedroom 1: 1 king bed - Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds - Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds - Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds *All bedrooms include closets or storage space, and bed linens are provided.* Bathrooms: - 3 full bathrooms *All stocked with bath towels and basic essentials.* Features & Amenities: - Fully furnished condo with cozy rustic charm - Spacious living room with wood-burning fireplace - Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for long-term stays - Warm and comfortable dining area - Master bedroom with private balcony overlooking Long Lake - Lakeside walkout patio from the living room - Wi-Fi included - On-site management for support and security - Parking for 2 vehicles total - No pets allowed - Ideal for large families, multi-family groups, or winter workers Location: - Timberlane Resort on Long Lake, Park Rapids, MN - Peaceful winter setting with maintained roads and walkways - Minutes to local dining, groceries, and shopping - Easy access to Hwy 34 & Hwy 71 - Close to the Heartland Trail and area lakes for year-round recreation Winter Rental Lease Terms Timberlane Resort Condo - Lease Agreement: Tenants will sign a lease prior to move-in. - Move-In Costs: First full month's rent plus a refundable deposit equal to 50% of the first month's rent. - Occupancy: Maximum of 10 to 14 guests total, including children. - Rent & Payment: Rent is due monthly. Month-to-month lease through April 2026. - Damage & Cleaning: Tenants are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or repairs needed after departure. Costs will be deducted from the deposit. - Pets: Cats are not allowed. Dogs may be approved with an additional deposit and monthly fee. - Parking: Limit of 2 vehicles total. 1 vehicle may be parked in the designated parking spot near the condo. 1 additional vehicle may be parked in the nearby overflow parking area. All vehicles must be registered, running, and in good working order. - Maintenance: Tenants must report maintenance needs promptly. No alterations to the condo are allowed (e.g., nails, paint, removal of furniture/fixtures). - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM local time. - Smoking / Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco, cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens, etc.) inside the condo. Violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Smoking outside is permitted. - Move-In / Move-Out: Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM. - Termination: This is a month-to-month lease. Either party may end the lease with 30 days' written notice.
