Month-to-month lease through April 2026. - Damage & Cleaning: Tenants are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or repairs needed after departure. Costs will be deducted from the deposit. - Pets: Cats are not allowed. Dogs may be approved with an additional deposit and monthly fee. - Parking: Limit of 2 vehicles total. 1 vehicle may be parked in the designated parking spot near the condo. 1 additional vehicle may be parked in the nearby overflow parking area. All vehicles must be registered, running, and in good working order. - Maintenance: Tenants must report maintenance needs promptly. No alterations to the condo are allowed (e.g., nails, paint, removal of furniture/fixtures). - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM local time. - Smoking / Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco, cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens, etc.) inside the condo. Violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Smoking outside is permitted. - Move-In / Move-Out: Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM. - Termination: This is a month-to-month lease. Either party may end the lease with 30 days' written notice.
