Great location near City Park in Fort Collins! Very quiet neighborhood and area is all well kept. House has a small side yard with an outbuilding and picnic table! Driveway for 2 cars and decent amount of parking within cul de sac. House has W/D which comes with it and dishwasher. All 3 tenants have different life things happening and none of us were able to stay and keep it sadly.. Lease would be up July 31st 2021 Tenants are responsible for all utilities but including rent have never paid over $650 in total. House has fiber internet hooked up to it and is amazing. Internet, gas, electric/water are all responsible by tenant. The security deposit is negotiable depending on how things all work out. We would prefer not to give up the deposit due to us not having caused any type of damage to the house and are guaranteed to get it back. Pets would have to be negotiated with landlord cannot speak on his behalf. It is a smoke free home. It's an older house and has a nice exposed brick wall near the kitchen area and looks great too! Has 2 living rooms and one is carpeted with huge windows for both living rooms! One of the rooms has been painted a darker grey color that looks great in the house and have some paint left over to match if wanting to paint after asking landlord permission. He's a pretty easy going guy. I have some furniture in the house I'll be willing to sell also if interested!
