This is your chance to own a piece of Klamath Falls history! Built in 1912, Blackburn manor is a Colonial Revival-Georgian style building, still holding its Old World charm. Located in Hot Springs neighborhood within walking distance from down town. It was the first building in Klamath County constructed specifically as a medical facility. The sanitarium was also the first 'modern' hospital in the area, and the first to have an operating room and morgue. In the 1980's it was a frat house and later turned into an apartment building.
