Our home is on a bus line, within walking distance to the Coast Guard, Astoria High School, the college and near shopping. You can walk to the column, the Riverwalk and the area markets and parks. We pay for everything! Power, water, sewer, garbage, WiFi, etc. You just bring the groceries! You have your own private in-home washer / dryer. And if you have a small, gentle cat who's well trained, that family member is welcome too. Relax! You are home! 12 month lease. 1st month's rent, last month's rent and deposit. Do you want to pay with a credit card to win awards, rebates, miles or points? WE ACCEPT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS if you automate the rent payments.
