Its central location and proximity to schools is a huge bonus. A comfortable kitchen, dining room and living room are all at your disposal. The two bedrooms are elegantly furnished. A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. Miss Audrey has a minimum stay of 30 nights. There is no maximum. Many guests stay with us while waiting to close on a home and all leases are written with an open end date, so guests can give a 30 day notice when they are ready to leave. One small dog only. Dog must be crated when the owner is not present. The dog must be disclosed at the time of booking. Guests are not permitted to have more than one small dog and cats are not allowed. This home is professionally cleaned between guests. Pet Fee Per Month: $85 - per month - Dog must be under 30 pounds. $500 deposit. $69 goes towards insurance policy, good for 6 months. Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
