A must see on the hill!
Open concept, 3rd floor apartment with all the upgrades and skylights. One bedroom with office (could be used as small second bedroom but has no closet) and loft. There is a ladder to the loft making it perfect for a sitting area or guest sleeping. Large kitchen has tons of cabinet storage and self-closing drawers. Kitchen has concrete countertops and all stainless appliances with dishwasher. Bathroom also has concrete countertops with vessel sink and large linen closet and shower (no tub). New front loading, energy efficient washer and dryer. Bamboo floors throughout with tiles in kitchen and bath. Also, there is a three season porch with built in bench seats with storage underneath and views of Casco Bay. The porch gets great sunlight and is a nice spot to read or put a dining table. Mudroom area with TONS of storage on the second floor landing. These pictures don't do it justice.
Gas heat is not included although the apartment stays warm in the winter and the bill is inexpensive.
The house has a big yard which is rare on Munjoy Hill. There is no parking included although getting spots out in front of the house is usually never a problem.
Don't judge a book by its cover. The exterior needs work but it is next on the list of improvements. It is the green house pictured in the middle.
