Pets are negotiable. Don't let the exterior of the home fool you. Each apartment has been updated and the shared hallway is also clean and updated. Other tenants are quiet, friendly professionals. On street parking is never an issue in front of the home and during parking bans the driveway can be arranged so all tenants might fit to avoid parking on the prom or in a garage. $1200 with first month and deposit due.
