A nice, modest, well-built home on a spectacular 13 acres. Lots of wood paneling inside. 2 fireplaces, both with inserts to better heat the house. A wrap-around deck on the south and west side for great sunset viewing. New paint on the metal roof and the house. Several new Anderson windows. New propane tank. New solar panel system. Multiple storage sheds. Some new plumbing in bathrooms. Stacking washer and dryer in laundry room. Small garage fits medium sized vehicle along with freezer and storage area. Will be pumped and reinspected before sale. Note: there is some intermittent traffic noise at times during the day in the summer. Much less so other times of year and totally silent at night.
