High speed Internet through Century Link - the Fire Stick and Apple TV box work well. Built in 1971. Septic was updated in 2008 and was inspected and passed most recently in 2014. Will be pumped and reinspected before sale. Note: there is some intermittent traffic noise at times during the day in the summer. Much less so other times of year and totally silent at night. NO INSPECTIONS, NO ILC. I just want to get the process done.
