You (~30-60, female/non-binary): Ideally, you don't work from home (at least not all the time), enjoy a tidy space, and value clear communication. You enjoy the occasional chat around the kitchen, and prefer a calm, respectful household. Perhaps sharing a meal when that works out. Ideally all your things will fit inside the bedroom, please. You like cats. You're a non-cigarette smoker, if you use 420 it will be outdoors, and would enjoy living in a friendly, easy-going home.
