The house is situated right at the crest of a hill, providing views of Qwest Field and the Pac-Med Center from the front porch, and the tops of the Columbia Center and the Smith Tower from the kitchen. It's walkable to downtown Seattle, and has good bus service (metro number 7 or 14). Neighborhood Description Nearby amenities include the Franz Bread factory (you'll smell donuts or raisin bread on some mornings), Judkins Park, easy access to the I-90 bike tunnel which is especially nice for watching the Blue Angels during Seafair, and lots of Asian restaurants in the International District. Capitol Hill is a bike ride or short drive to the north, Leschi is close at hand as well (the Leschi Market is the best place nearby to buy wine), and Sodo and the statiums are also close (walking distance).
