We also have a propane BBQ grill & fire pit outside in the large, SHARED backyard w/ privacy fence. Walkable to great restaurants like Walt's Fish Market & Trader Joe's (across the street) & other shopping stores. We are only a few miles from the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Key Beach! *Dogs up to 50lbs welcome.
Centrally located a short distance from SRQ Airport off Tamiami Trail on a cul-de-sac street and close distance to restaurants, groceries, downtown Sarasota, and Siesta Key Beach, you can experience effortless check-in with new Schlage smart locks on the front door. Door codes will automatically get sent to you on your day of arrival along with a Guest & House manual with directions to the property. Helpful information to provide you with details on grocery stores, restaurants, shops and nightlife is sent to electronically via email.
This cozy 2-3 bedroom, 1 bath villa (that's one-half of a duplex) offers room for everyone. It's newly painted with updated decor and a few new finishing touches to surprise our guests! (Please note that the 3rd bedroom and laundry area is only accessible through the primary bedroom and may not be functional as a 3rd bedroom for some long-term renters. If its preferred to utilize this room as an office - we can discuss storing the bed that's in there during the long-term lease and move the desk back to this area)
When you walk through the door at self-check-in, you enter the foyer where a console table greets you with a Welcome Gift, and a Guest & House Rules manual along with WIFI instructions for you to reference during your stay.
The Living/Dining room combo features a bamboo glass-top table offer seating for 6. Plus there are 2 barstools to sit at the kitchen pass-through counter top. A large Roku Tv is mounted on the wall to enjoy your shows or have a movie night while lounging on the white leather L-shaped sectional after a long day playing in the sun on the soft white sand at Siesta Key Beach!
The first bedroom is located near the front door. Passing through a barn door, this bright and airy yet cozy bedroom features a new queen size bed and frame with tufted fabric headboard, super soft hotel-style sheets & bedding, a single nightstand and lamp, with room darkening curtains and window shades to help you sleep in if needed.
For the convenience of guests staying in this room, a tall clothing armoire and dresser is available just outside the room along with a full-length mirror and luggage rack.
There is a small mid-century modern laptop desk and chair next to the kitchen should you require a place to work or browse the internet during your stay. Feel confident staying connected with super fast free WIFI.
The kitchen features an electric oven & range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker, k-cup pods, 5- cup drip machine, and fresh ground coffee from our favorite local St Pete coffee company, Kahwa. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and all the essential items needed to cook a meal at home or prep for the beach. In the pantry you will find it nicely stocked with spices, oils, and some snacks and pantry staples including some breakfast items should you need them.
The remodeled bathroom has a linen closet next to it with extra bath and beach towels.
The Primary bedroom is located next to the bathroom and features a queen size, extremely comfortable bed, with new soft hotel-style sheets & bedding. A nightstand with lamps and charging pads for your phones are located at each side of the bed. Watch TV in bed with the large wall-mounted smart TV. A small closet, luggage rack, and dresser help your items stay organized during your stay.
Also in the primary bedroom, a small barn door leads to a bonus 3rd bedroom with a new & comfy queen sized bed, new hotel-style sheets & bedding, and a nightstand with lamp and charging station. Stream TV from bed on the large wall-mounted TV w/ Chromecast. Keep your clothes stored in the dresser. Behind the curtain next to the TV, you will find the stackable Washer & Dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available to use for free during your stay.

Speaking of heading to the beach! We also provide beach chairs for 6, a beach umbrella, beach bag tote and an ice chest tote for you to enjoy a day at the beach, whether it's World-famous Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, Longboat, Beer Can Island or Anna Maria Islands, Holmes Beach & Bean Point!
The front patio of your villa has 2 chairs and a small side table if you want to enjoy your coffee outside. The front yard of the duplex features a yard divider to separate the space, offering privacy for your group. There is outdoor seating for 5 with an umbrella, and landscape lighting for ambience.
In the shared backyard, we have a propane gas BBQ grill, and a fire-pit with chairs for you to use. You can have a BBQ and make smores at dusk to end the day!
The backyard is fully fenced in with new pet gates installed on each side of the house.
Parking spots are assigned with signage for the Robinhood Beach Villa and the other 2 units. There is Parking for 2 cars in the left side driveway during your stay.
There is a pack and play crib already available in the main bedroom closet
In regards to Florida's natural wildlife, floral and fauna, we will sometimes experience mosquitoes, ants, spiders, cockroaches, etc outside. We have regular pest treatments performed both inside & outside the units. We also personally, utilize bait, traps and sprays to keep these insects outside where they belong. Please don't keep windows without screens or doors open too long as you nay inadvertently let some inside. Should you come across any pests during your stay, please make us aware so we can address the situation. While it's rare to come across these pests inside, a refund will not be offered for the occasional occurrence. We always want you to be comfortable during your stay and you will find that we act quickly and with compassion to resolve any issues you have. We just need to be aware of it in order to resolve anything.
Guests have full access to the entire villa inside. The backyard has a shared space that includes a sun lounger and side table, a fire-pit and seating plus a propane gas grill for guests to use. Propane is usually provided. If the tank is empty you can exchange it at a gas station for a full tank to use during your stay at your expense. Firewood is sometimes available and can be bought at the hardware store or Home Depot/Lowes etc. The firewood stacked in backyard are fresh tree cuttings that aren't seasoned and won't burn well as of Summer 2024. The front yard of the duplex has a divider for private dining and outdoor seating, and ambient solar landscape lighting. There are 2 assigned parking spaces with signage for the Robinhood Boho Beach Villa.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. There is also a separate rental agreement that is sent for e-signing
