Can you tell me more about the neighborhood? The Buchanan District is an up and coming North Nashville hotspot. It is also situated next to the upscale Germantown neighborhood that features some of the cities trendiest bars and restaurants. This North Nashville home features a new build on either side of it, as well as many more new homes on the street, and is walkable to area shops and restaurants. This makes 10th AVE one of the most desirable streets in the Buchanan District. I'm hesitant to move forward without seeing more polished photos of the interior of the home. Can you share more photos? This is a brand new build. We are putting the finishing cosmetic touches on the interior of this home and will post updated photos soon. In the meantime, we are happy to take interested renters on a tour of the home. Simply apply to rent this listing and we will be in touch to set up a time and date for you to see the property in-person. What's included in the monthly rental rate? The monthly rental fee covers the cost of living in the property as well as top-notch maintenance service as required. It does not include utilities, monthly internet fees, or lawn care. These expenses are the responsibility of the renter. Explain what you mean by top-notch service At Lease615, we are committed to renters. If something breaks, simply let us know and we will send the appropriate service provider to fix the issue at your convenience. Our turnaround time for responding to requests is as little as 1-2 hours. We also offer no hassle replacement of appliances. If an appliance breaks, we won't bother you by waiting for a repair person to fix it. We will simply have a new one delivered and installed. Are you flexible on the length of the lease? We require a minimum one-year lease fo this property. If you would like to sign a 2-year lease, we will give you a $50/month discount on your rental rate. We do not lease properties for less than a one-year term. Can my pet move in with me? No. While we love pets here at Lease615 and appreciate that you love yours too, we are quite familiar with the unintentional damage a cute puppy or friendly old mutt can do. We have a strict no pet policy for all of our properties. But my pet is small and caged - do you make any exceptions? No. Never. Not even for hamsters. What's your policy on smoking? We do not allow smoking on our properties. This is a strict policy that allows us to maintain our homes and properties to the highest standards for you and renters to come. Why should I rent with Lease615? We are a small, family owned, service-oriented company. We focus exclusively on high quality rentals properties in desirable locations. Our properties are maintained to the highest standard. In fact, we won't buy or rent a property we wouldn't feel comfortable living in ourselves. No pets please (and, no, we cannot allow exceptions).
