Dear Santa... A new home for Christmas is all that I want ... a pretty colonial with bricks on the front. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a powder room too. A private back yard and a nice wooded view with no homes behind me, but nice neighbors too. A deck off the kitchen to watch wildlife play and a fireplace to warm me on a cold winter's day... Oh, and natural gas too, please, to keep utility costs low, and a yard for our snowman to stand in the snow... A place to entertain family and friends: a large finished basement to a patio extends, with quality perks so the fun never ends... I'd love to be able to stay home and work, so a main level office is also a perk.
