In November of 2013, every room of the upstairs was repainted and new carpet was laid. New outlets and light switches were also installed, as well as multiple light fixtures. The bathroom was completely stripped and refinished. Everything was replaced except for the tub. Driveway was blacktopped in fall of 2015 and was resealed in September of 2018. New air conditioner unit installed in summer of 2016. Tree removal/cleaning done in spring of 2017. Entire new roof, gutters, downspouts, and some fascia replaced in June 2019. New professional landscaping done in March of 2020. Above ground pool installed in June of 2020.
